Dr. Tumwine is an economist with extensive experience in teaching, research and consultancy. His expertise spans impact evaluation, feasibility studies, cost benefit analysis, econometric modelling, Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) and Dynamic Stochastic General Equilibrium (DSGE) modelling, Social Accounting Matrix (SAM) and National Transfer Accounts (NTA).

Enock Twinoburyo Nyorekwa, PhD

Dr. Ambrose Rwaheru Aheisibwe is a Development Economist with over 15 years of experience in economic analysis, applied research, project management and socio-economic impact evaluation across East and Southern Africa.

Dr. Irene Bayiyana is a Senior Research Officer, Agricultural Economist, and Gender responsive researcher. Her expertise spans market and behavioural intelligence, gender-responsive research and analysis, technology adoption, climate-smart agricultural systems, agribusiness and impact evaluation.

Kuteesa David Mansen
Data Systems and GIS Specialist

Key Qualification: Master of Science in Geo-Information Science and Technology, Makerere University; Master of Science in Information Systems, Uganda Martyrs University
Kuteesa David Mansen is a Data Systems and GIS Specialist with over 15 years of experience in designing information systems, geospatial databases, and automated data quality assurance tools for large-scale development programmes in the energy, health and education sectors. His expertise lies at the intersection of database management, geospatial analytics, mobile data collection, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E), with a strong focus on dashboards and quality-assured data flows for evidence-based decision-making.
